Terms of Service

The legal framework governing your use of the Sanjeevni clinical platform. Please review carefully.

Clinical Decision Support

Sanjeevni is a clinical decision support system, not a diagnostic medical device. It does not replace the independent judgment of a qualified medical professional.

User Eligibility

Access to the diagnostic scoring engine is strictly limited to verified, licensed healthcare professionals.

Data Ownership

You and your institution retain full ownership of all patient data. You grant Sanjeevni a license only to process this data for the purpose of the service.

Liability Limitation

Sanjeevni is provided 'as-is'. We are not liable for clinical outcomes or medical decisions made based on the platform's analysis.

Detailed Terms

1. Scope of Service

Sanjeevni provides artificial intelligence tools designed to assist in the extraction of Human Phenotype Ontology (HPO) terms from clinical documentation and to generate Bayesian differential diagnoses. The service is strictly intended as a supplementary tool for qualified medical professionals.

2. User Responsibilities

By using Sanjeevni, you agree that you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any HPO terms extracted by the AI before generating a scorecard. The final diagnostic decision rests entirely with the attending physician. You must not rely on Sanjeevni as the sole basis for clinical intervention.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We strongly recommend enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to protect patient data.
